Course participants learn to follow steps for emergency care and practice applying skills in a non stressful learning environment.
It is a half day training, or can be combined with a level 3 rescue program, and is a world wild certification.

What will be the exercises?
Technical exercises such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation, a bleeding patient, or make a triangular bandage, but also secondary care such as pre-diagnose an ill patient…All in a good atmosphere with everyone interacting together; lot’s of fun!
Can I work in the medical industry with my EFR primary and secondary care certification?
No, this certification is to build your rescue confidence and knowledge, and can be asked to start some other training related or not to diving, but it is a recreational training that is intended to prepare the field for medical experts when they arrive.
Are there water skills in the program?
No, the EFR is a general course.
